Coach Judi has taught programs in churches, fitness studios, at health events, on college campuses along with corporate and private coaching. Her platform is designed to give each individual three main elements: Fitness, Inspiration, and Transformation (F.I.T.) from the inside out. She shows individuals and families how to lead conscientious well-balanced active lives that entail having a healthy mind, body and spirit. Her knowledge and experience in health and wellness conditioning has been called upon with appearances on Atlanta Alive TV57, TBN “Our Town” and Comcast TV “Express Yourself” segments. She has written various articles on the topic of living fit for community newspapers. Coach Judi also believes in wellness through outreach in serving families’ in health and fitness through food distribution and donations to those who are sick, recovering and or bridging the gap. It is her sincere belief that “We must do our part in being good keepers of our bodies designed by our Master Creator. It is He, “Who wishes that we prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers”. Coach Judi resides in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, GA and delights in her life roles of being a mother to one son, a career woman, sister and friend to many.
